Good bike but poor service providers.

After due scrutiny, reading online reviews, taking friends opinion, feedback’s from XPro owners, I own this bike from M/s Autoneeds, Gurgaon on 08/08/2013. Medicine kit, Tools bag except service book provided with bike and asked to collect service book in next week as it was not available with them. Next week when I gone through the service book, I find that tools are not at par with details provided in service book. I inquired it from M/s Autoneed, Gurgaon but they did not give a satisfactory reply. Then I reported the issue to https://heromotocorp.com but in vain. Company never responded to my complaint/query.


On 01/09/2013, I took it to service station at Avani Auto, Najafgarh, New Delhi for first service and asked them to check for a noise (like a loose nut-bolt, screw or something making noise with vibration). But the noise was remain there and the Mechanic failed to set it. The noise is still on. I asked for its reason but no satisfactory reply received.


I get 58 KMPL mileage during the first mileage check before servicing after 674 Kms under the standard speed of 45-55 KMPH.


Overall, I find that the service providers and the support system is VERY POOR. Hero do not provide a platform to sort out your problems.
