I liked the Passion Xtec’s design and mileage, but it hasn’t been flawless. Gear transitions sometimes feel clunky, and for a commuter bike, I expected crisper responses around town traffic. It’s comfortable to ride, sure, but the higher seating can feel a bit awkward in stop-and-go situations for shorter riders. Nothing is straight-up bad; it runs, serves, and won’t empty your wallet on refills, but I just expected a bit more refinement and confidence at higher speeds.
