I purchased a Splendor I SMART 110CC for my dad on 29th October 2016 as there were few offers on the bike because of Dhanterras. Soon my dad found oil leakage from the engine and I reported the same to the workshop from where we purchased the bike. Manager agreed about the defect and said that he will order new part and replace the existing one but he didnt give anything in written. It has been more than one month and we are consistently chasing him. Again and again he is saying that he didnt receive the product from the company. We infact left bike at service station for one day. It is frustrating to chase them again and again. Now I am forced to think that the manager has not even register any complaint. He is also not willing to give any promise in writing. Its really frustrating and inconvenience for a customer. My dad is 55 years old and he dont know much about bikes. How can a 2 months old bike gives ssuch a big problem of oil leakage. I think that Hero used compromised parts or recycle parts and cheats customer.
