This is the comment I gave for one of the user’s review. Day by day the service centre is getting worst. Even Manager and employees are not talking well.I gave my Yamaha Fazer for servicing last week and I got back in a day though they set the expectation that it may take 2 days. Bike is very good and maintenance is also good. Using this bike from 7 years. it’s fuel efficiency and the lowest maintenance encourage the people to choose this model among heap of the vehicles.
Even though the lady sitting in reception deducting the money for washing, and manager is asking customer to come in next day for washing, this is worst service example, They delivered my bike in a day as promised. My bike has completed 1000km successfully. Happy with the service. I love my bike a lot. It is one of the best things that happened to me! Before the first service the bike was giving average of 52kmpl But after first service at 560km the average of the bike increased to 64kmpl. Good performance over all.
