We use Hertz services quite often in our office...and so when our personal car was away from us for a few days I did not think before calling Hertz aka carzonrent .And this time..it was such a pathetic experience.I have used Hertz before and Avis ...but this experience will make me think if I will ever call up Hertz.
So why and what exactly are so bad-
1.Rude Chaffeur.I mean this was the last thing I could ask for , given that I was going with my mom and sister.
2.Non transparency in the way the chaffeur will compute the net charges...caution- this might be different from the way Hertz people(well intention-ed - I suppose since so many people in our office always requisition their service )
3.End of the day Hertz rates are premium - therefore it sucks...
4.Hertz aka I have an expired security certificate on their website.so you do not know if it is safe to transact on this site.
5.The only thing that probably works in favor of Hertz is the lack in the number of organised players, especially in cities like Kolkata.
6.Sad , sad and sad , so if you have an option pls do not book Hertz .
