Purchased Rs. 2000/- medicines some days back and got a defective gift. Requested, went 2 times to the Dharam Karam shop, They did not cooperate. They said I should go to HQ, your office.
They never responded to my request. Also phone 45454545 does not answer to complaints. Is it the policy of Hetero, to give defective gifts??? and no support??? Should we spend another 100 Rs.. To complain against the gift, poor service
Usual offers are sent by Hetero that discount is offered, but very less medicines are available, you have to go again and again so that medicines worth 2000 can be purchased.
The whole concept is not clear?
