Bought these drawer sliders from an authorised retailer in local market. Due to heavy weight of items in the drawer, the sliders broke. We called the service center, they sent a technician to work on the problem, technician took the sliders with him, gave us a receipt. He promised us that it’ll be replaced within a month. Woah! Recieved new set within seven days at home. Good service! Keep it up
