HP is really a great company to work. HP is a company which gives freedom to work. The work culture is really great here.No huge pressure, just a sense of responsibility.
But this is not a company for a fresher to work. This give a very less amount of compensation to employee. Employee are said to jump from one technology to another very frequently.
This may be helping an employee in navigating many dimensions in sense of technology, but according to me this spoils the career too (this is my personal thinking that jumping here and there will not allow you to set your leg at any specific stage).
If anyone want to join HP, he must come here after gaining some experience so that he/she can ask for a good compensation. One positive point is that there is no any specific logging in and logging out timing. One have to work for specific time only not required if you have to come by 8 a.m. or 10 a.m.
