All act like babies

Ater watching Chak De India, I had great hope for Bollywood cinema in me.*

What did the director Sajid Khan have:*

1> Story with blockbuster potential as comedy/family movie;

2> Star-studded cast of great actors(SRK makes a guest appearance);

3> Great scenery(Australia/A-wus-stray-liya-ah);

What does he do with it:*

1> Tears up the story, and strews bits and pieces all over the 2+ hours;

2> Throws the should-have-been-subtle-and-witty comedy in your face with **gross

depictions** of the troubles faced while handling babies;

3> With cliches and tomfoolery, messes up a would-have-been-very-strong-and-could-have-carried-the-entire-movie-if-directed-properly chemistry between Akshay and Vidya;

4> Puts you to sleep in the latter half of the movie, in which every step of the story becomes fully predictable

They actually have a’comedy’ scene in which Akshay Kumar’s face is covered with baby shit. Is that even remotely funny?

Who ever finds this movie worth watching, still needs to graduate from kindergarten.

My verdict? Wait till it comes on cable TV. Don’t even bother renting it out. It is funny only in bits and starts, similar to a Premier Padmini engine.

Happy watching!
