Hinduja Global Solutions is an MNC with an impressive impact in generating revenue for the country. I’ve been employed in this firm for almost 8 months and didn’t find any techncal job over there so left the firm.
The salary perspective is very low as compared to the other companies and benefits are of no use. even you’ll get the cab facility for just one way. Incentives and perks are too very low which forces its employee to leave the company. Also very less leaves are allowed to take.
Ye, job security is a bit high and you need to work hard for your growth as simple as that. One can easily find a non- technical profile for long term. Even on a decent perform you can become team leader or at least a subject matter expert over there in one year.
There’s no career growth for an average employee and even if gets a promotion it’ll of no use. All non-technical recruitments. If you’re a technical geek, dude this is not your workplace.
The best park of HGS is the cooperative work environment. All team leads, sme and seniors are damn cooperative and ready to help you out at any situation.
