No battery backup in Vanasthalipuram area.
When I called the customer-care, they say they don’t have a battery stock from the last 2 months.
They simply close the complaint without any reason, no one know why.
I raise multiple complaints/tickets and they close without any reason.
No Process to escalate to their manager.
No process to talk to their technical-team.
No one knows why the technical team closes the complaint.
I wrote to "info@hireachbroadband.com", but no use.
I am really frustrated with their service. They service as if they are doing a free service.
This is the main reason why big players like Jio and Airtel will over these small services. And these guys will go out of business.
