I have given cotract to Hicare to provide bird netting solution for pigeon in February 2018. Spent almost 55 thousand for netting and spikes to cover my 2 BHK flat on 14th floor. Inital contrat was around 40 thousand to install net.Quality of net is good but team didn’t cover loopholes. We called HiCare multiple times
Everytime I paid visiting charge and material and installation charge. Still pigons are coming in.
You will surprise to see photo attached where pigon is comfortably seating on spikes. They are now using spikes for building nest!
In Latest incident one pigon is trapped and died (photo attached). I am following up with hicare to paid service to remove it and plug loophole. They are giving me date which is 5 days away! The place is such that no ordinary person can do the needful.
Overall very pathatic bird netting service from HiCare.
