The operating model is get the customer or cash and dont entertain any further. The charges are pretty hefty even with seemingly massive discounts. The helpdesk and field staff have little knowledge on the product or communication training. There no communication between off field and on field staff.
Please dont ask helpdesk about safety with respect to kids, they would probably suggest that your kids can eat the gel too.
And most importantly, it does not work. We called them over when we had rare cockroach sightings. They have become very common now.
