We recently opted for the bed bug service from ISS Hicare.They promised that in 2 services , all the bugs will be dead and for 45 days there will not be any more bed bug to be seen. If we notice any bug , ISS will give us free treatment service.
However, even after both the services, the problem is still persisting. After both the services not even one bed bug was dead. We still see bugs going around . I made the several complaints .The people at the service centre, while polite, are dishing out standard responses like we will come and do another service. They are not even acknowledging the problem.
The entire episode has made me lose trust in branded services.
