Once ISS has taken money, their staff just doesn’t show up for service. I kept lodging complaints but they just don’t care. Sometimes, a service person will take appointment but simply won’t show up. Every time I call their service centre, I am given a different reason for why ISS should not come to my home and do the services written in contract. Extremely unprofessional.
Would not recommend to anyone who wants peace of mind.
