I made a mistake that I am looking at reviews NOW which I should have done earlier. Lot of people have already complained what I have faced - I could have benefited with their experience!
Nothing much to add - its same story. Did payment for service and got message that somebody will visit next day. Nobody turned up - no message/calls. Lot of followups and then, got tired and left. After 2 days, they re-scheduled - person came and did treatment which has given ZERO result. Yes - BIG ZERO. Rather, I can kill some cockroaches with HIT which I can get in Rs. 100 but with Rs. 1800 service here, not a single cockroach is dead - they are roaming freely in home. I doubt they didnt have pest control gel but some other free material which they are putting to fool us! I thought its my home which didnt get rid of cockroaches but if I see other reviews, now I realize what they are doing!
Anyway, as they provide warranty, I called them again. They told they take it only after 15 days. Never mind, called again and re-scheduled after 15 days. Again back to same story - no show, no message/calls. We complain and same apologies from their side with no action.
In a nutshell, there is no professionalism(No show with no info to customer and that happens multiple times), no result(as not a single cockroach is dead) and no service(as there is no manager, mobile no or escalation mechanism to whom you can discuss). You can call only one landline no and the person there will only apologize with no action.
