I choose to take the service from ISS Hi care as once it was owned by Godrej and has renowned name. I have given them a contract of two service for bed bugs treatment for 45 days and a grantee as if it again appear a free service will be provide.
After completing both the treatment I realize the bed bug was never cure and it appear within 20 days of the service. I tried contacting to the Customer care and after complaining they promise to provide a free service which was committed by their manager by name Bhanu.
The appointment was schedule but No one appear to provide service after multiple follow up. I would suggest not to go for any service from Hi care as it will never meet it’s promise and commitment
