I am shashikiran. I had requested for a cockroah and mosquitoes package service .On receipt of link, I also made online payment.The service was scheduled on 31.03.2018 between 5-8 pm.Nobody turned up inspite of me doing 10 repeated calls to the customer care and speaking to the supervisors, I did not get any positive feedbacks except saying we are sorry for the inconveniences and we will get back within 10 minutes.But the executive and the supervisors may go dead and there fore did not bother to call back at least for courtesy even after me warning the supervisors over phone that I will resort to other means if they did not respond to provide the service. Now it is the second day and still no response. I am also lodging a complaint to Consumer forum.These sort of untrust idiots will spoil the society. Others be careful.Never pay fees through online in advance and never opt for any services in Hi-care. The worst service ever I have received.
