I took an AMC and paid online for the same for cockroach control services in june 2017. after repeated phone calls, no technician came for the service. so I decided to cancel the service and asked for a full refund, for which they promised me will take 15 working days. it is now 70 working days and I am yet to receive my refund. I have called the customer support about 15 times now, each time a false assurance of the refund.
there are so may other pest control services, please go for them. dont go for hicare.
