No Service Despite Paying Full in Advance

This is one of the worst experience I have observed from a company. I paid full in advance for their pest control services. A date was agreed well in advance(more than a week ago).


On agreed date, technician did not visit, when I called customer care they had lame excuse that technician met with an accident. If that was the case, why did they not call me and inform rather than only telling when I called.


Again they provided a new date. Technician did not arrive. Worst when I called customer care, they were saying did visit not happen on earlier date. Which means customer care person I spoke earlier either did not update the details properly in system or they don’t have maintain history at all. They wanted to reschedule again that too on a working day as if I can keep sitting home and not go office for their incompetence.


I had enough by now, asked for the service cancellation, refund and decided not to ever take their service again. At same time, this review of remind people how friendly they are. Better go with UC, who are much more professional.
