We had opted for the bed bug service from ISS Hicare. However, even after both the services, the problem is still persisting. After both the services not even one bed bug was dead. The people at the service centre, while polite, are dishing out standard responses like we will come and do another service.
They are not even acknowledging the problem. The entire episode has made me lose trust in branded services.
