I booked hi care deep cleaning service by paying Rs 3, 500 thru nearbuy,
Height of unprofessionalism:
1) Came late by 2 hours
2) bought just a bucket of cleaning bottles and wipers.
When questioned, their manager -Dhananjay refused to even answer the call(+91-9663576670)
Utterly disappointed at so casual attitude, guys were not even dressed up professionally. Looks like Hi care has sublet this to some local guys. Guys admitted that they don’t work for hi care and are temporary. called on need base.
They were typical Jhadoo Pooncha guys, look at the material they carried with them in pic
Weekend and money wasted. never came across such unprofessional people. I hope to get contacts of some one at hi care and escalate it.
