Please don’t Buy. They are fraud. Selling Pieces with all defects. and making a fool out of public. They open in mall and sell the most third rate stuff. I have proof with pictures. Even their owner was contacted Vikas Kapur who didn’t bother responding. Pathetic people and horrible products. BOYCOTT HIDESIGN. Then they will understand the importance of quality, customers. The bag they sold hangs on one side and leather is so poor quality that its all come off just within a month. Went to Ambience mall Gurgaon Store and there was no help provide. Same people who are honey and sweet when they have to sell stuff become the rudest when we approach with genuine Issues. Very Very rude Staff and Owner is also same, Doesn’t care.
