Although I have been a Hidesign customer since probably 1996 I am appalled at the service and attention the comapnys clients get. Bought an expensive Carry on Bag from a mumbai Store of the company. Great loking but the zip did not work so gave it back it came back with the defect not fixed, I informed the company that I now dont want it as its expensive and I dont want to be waiting around for it to be fixed, asked for a refund, its now been more than 6 months since the purchase and there is silence. Despite numerous visits and E Mails there is only stalling and no action. Was asked to talk to some regional manager who is supposed to be taking the decision but got only stalling.
Of course the the policy says no refunds only repair, so once you buy it wether it works or not, whether it meets your expectations or not you got to keep it. Your fault you made the wrong choice that whats this policy says to me. Certainly the worst customer experience I have had, fancy shops and smart products but no respect or concern for customers
Whatever they make dont buy it, if you do hope you never have need for client service.
