THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT BRAND NAME BUT HERE GOES MY DISAPPOINTMENT STORY.... I have purchased Hidesign bag of red colour in Noida, Great India Place on 12.12.2010.I used it only for 10 days and there were black patches all over. When I showed to the shopkeeper on 12.2.2011, the person said that this can neither be repaired nor exchanged (inspite of the guarantee card of 1 year).
They further added that because of camel leather, these patches occur. This was not told to me at the time of purchase. They declined to extend the required help but later after lot of persuasion from my side they accepted it to get it repaired. I would like to put forth a)If in camel leather defects occur, the shopkeeper should have informed me at the time of purchase. b)This is my first purchase and if such costly bags can be used for 10 days only, its really disappointing c) I had informed Customer Care, Pondicherry and talked to Mr. Dipen Desai on 03.3.2011. He had told me that Regional Manager (Northern India) shall talk to me but no phone calls came.
I would like to request for early action. More than 1 month is over and my bag has not come back after repair.
