This is about my experience with a vacation Club called Highland Holiday Homes Pvt.Ltd. Don’t ever get trapped to the quizzes, 1 hour brain storming sessions. The idea of holiday appeases so this business thrives on, but this particular operator is just cashing on the idea without providing any value for money. They collect hefty membership fees (in my case 20, 000/-) and what they are offering is 2 star resorts where again you have to pay utility charges to the tune of @1000/- per room. The catch is even without membership, we can get the same room for @1000/-, so where has 20K gone?
The agreement they say is non-cancelled, but only transferable, which means you have to do marketing to find another BAKARA for 20K. I don’t know why there are no regulators in this segment. Be ware, they donot leave much time to think a day or two, they compel to signup within next one hour.
