In March 2009, I got a call from this High land holiday homes. They called me to come and collect gift voucher with family and 1 hr session.I ignored this as I know it is waste of time.
Their representative contacted me daily for 10 days until I go and visit their office in Raheja Arcade, Koramangla, Bangalore. Once I reached I don’t like even a single plan and I said I am not interested.
They compelled me to take it least one policy. While taking policy I said if I won’t use my member ship what will happen and what is the guarantee for my money. They promised me that the plan for 2 yrs is RS 12000, if I wont utilize the membership every year 4k will be returned back to me. if I wont utilize it for 2 yrs then they will return 8k out of 12k.
But now if I call to customer care they say they wont pay the money back. This is full fraud company. I REQUEST ALL THE MEMBERS NOT TO INVEST YOUR MONEY IN HHH. IT’S WASTE OF MONEY.
I think Govt should take a solid action on such kind of fraud companies.While buying they say something and later diff story. Please let me know the consumer court details or the MEdia (TV9 -Bangalore) so that they can educate the people not to fall on these guys trap.
