This resort has a good view but my experience was horrible, pathetic experience. The management is very very rude and careless. We spent one night there and it felt like we are in hell. On that night we asked for dinner but they refused to give us dinner and said that it is not in our package. Then after an hour their was a buffet which was also booked personally by someone.
There also we were not allowed. After some time they gave us some left out food like aloo ki sabzi, black n white dal.I saw this first time in dinner in a restaurant.after all this we ordered another thing which came in 30 mins. And roti in 1.5 hours in which all the vegetables were cold.
Al in all this was the horrible, pathetic, embarrassing trip ever and i pray all mighty that this hotel shall shut down as soon as possible and i recommend that no one should choose this hotel as it has very rude staff, confused people, coordination problem.this hotel is only because of the view rest everything is useless, pathetic and staff is poorest of poor.
