The Hilton Hotel, in Istanbul is sounded by beautiful gardens. It is in the center of the city .
The check in desk is on the main floor. We gave our passports to our guide, and she came back with our visas and hotel room key.
By the time we got to our room our luggage was there.
The balcony doors were open and I walked our onto the patio to see that we have a view of the Bosporus.
There were two double beds in out room, a sofa and desk with a chair. There was one nice sized dressing table.
The bathroom had a tub/shower, toilet, a sink in a vanity table. Beside the sink was a basket of amenities.
After we washed our hands and face we went back to the front desk and put our valuables in a safety deposit box.
The Dinning rooms:
The Bosporus Terrace is an open buffet-style restaurant overlooking the Bosporus, located on the lobby level and it is where we had breakfast.
We had lunch at the Veranda Bar and Grill, (on the lobby floor), and enjoyed our kebabs and Mediterranean food.
We didnt have time to try the Dragon Restaurant, Lalezar Turkish Grille or the Roof Bar and Restaurant.
The Hotel Also Has:
A Swimming Pool, Casino, Barber Shop, Beauty Salon, Concierges Desk, a Gift Shop, and News Stand.

I Walked A Block To Have A Turkish Bath:
A Turkish bath, (or hamam), is an important way to clean your body.
You begin by walking into the glass case in the room where the fountain and dressing rooms are.
The hamam is heated through the circulation of hot air in the külhan located in ground floor galleries, (called the inferno).
In the glass room you take off your cloths and wrap a towel around your waist.
First you have a cold shower, (halvet), and then a hot one. Then you have your bath.
Sit back and relax and meditate on the sun shining through the dome and the sound of the water splashing.
A Natir, (a women), will come in and scrub you from head to foot and then give you a scent oil massage.
Then you take another bath and go to the warm section. I am always given a glass of juice to help me cool down.
What ever type of massage I have, Im always tired after I have one. They have a room here, so I can take a 15 minute cat nap.
When I wake up I get dressed and have a lot more energy than I usually have.
My Thoughts:
If you are in Istanbul, I hope youll consider staying at the Hilton.
Thanks for reading my review.
