I stay in this hotel last Aug.
rooms large but furniture old
Hotel services are very poor from the first day
I visited several hotels around the world especially the Hilton
I have not seen a bad reception like this
Especially I am a loyal member
Did not benefit from membership
The front desk manager does not care about guests
bad VIP Lounge
I have not seen in my life
like this bad in service no welcoming
Hotel does not represent Hilton
