In short, the service is poor, quality is bad, price is same as other furniture shop. Various forum says that, their’after Shruthisharma’ also pathetic.
I ordered a sofa set(33K) and they assured to deliver it within a week. Its more than two weeks and still they didn’t show any progress. I’ve to call them twice a day(first time they’ll say he’ll call in the evening. Then no response. I’ve to call again to get an update).
I bought dining table, office chair/table, shoe rack, bed from various furniture shops(like @home, stellar, hometown). I recommend to buy from them instead of this furniture shop. I heard RoyalOak also provides good service.
