Using this product due to BP problem. I can’t compare this to other BP meds because I have never taken any. These little pills have a very powerful herbal smell which made me think they are fresh and well prepared. MyBP was cycling between 140/90 and 150/90 and now it starts at 110/70 up to 140/90. If my BP goes up higher I do 10 rounds of the pranayama exercise where you breathe through alternate nostrils and this will bring the upper number down 10 points!
I am currently chelating heavy metals with the AC Protocol and I think it is this which is giving me the high BP numbers and hopefully it will go away in the next year. I also suspect that the levels I have been at are not really dangerous for me, but at least now the doctor won’t keep hassling me to take pharmaceuticals.
