I used to love this tooth paste. It’s almost as good as Colgate Total and the herbal ingredients make it awesome. However it’s full of flouride and while most experts advocate fluoride, my teeth hates this stuff and has caused me lots of trouble as a kid. According to me a 100%herbal paste shouldn’t use fluoride. Judging by pure performance, it’s good for short term cleaning, but on a long term it might be bad for you
