What else do I have to say about him?? This man rocks! When I heard Aashiq banaya Aapne and Aapki Kashish, I was baffled who has sung this song. He has a strange but an incredible voice.
Then, after listening to radio and TV, I learnt that this man’s name is Himesh Reshamia. I thought, this man will become the best music composer. And today, the radio stations do not pass a single day without playing at least 6-7 of his compositions.
After listening to some of his compositions, I also started falling into the false notion that his voice is nasal. But, my doubts were cleared after listening to his interviews on TV, Radio and reading his interviews in newspapers. And I know many of you still believe he has a nasal voice. But, he sings in a high range voice and also to some extent because of the recording, his voice appears to be nasal. And even if it is, WHO CARES??? His voice sounds good and his compositions are fabulous.
Aashiq banaya aapne’s sound tracks remained on the top for about 1 and a half month. He became more popular when he appeared as a judge on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. He was modest as compared to other judges and not a proudy cock as most of the music composers are today.
His album Aapka Suroor hit a record with a first copy of above a lakh. And now also, it is one among the best. His music in Aksar rocks. Almost all the songs are hit. All songs come in Top 30.
You can measure his greatness with other composers with the hit of Humko Deewana Kar Gaye’s title track sung by him and this song has been the best from the film other than Fanaa. He has appeared as a guest composer in this film. I do not say Anu Malik in bad, I say he should reduce his pride, athough hsi compositions are also nice, but it is a question of good and better. He also had his nice time and now Himesh rules without becoming overconfident. This song also led to controversies with Anu Malik as he objected on the song being sung by Himesh, although he signed on the NOC. And according to Himesh Reshamia, he is a fan of Anu Malik. this is called a modest person.
He also gave the music in Tere Naam although it was somewhat old fashioned, but it was also a hit. Now, he has brought the greatest quality of music with a fusion of Indian and Western music.

I really like him and his style and it is my earnest request to you Himesh PLEASE DON’T CHANGE UR STYLE.
