An average Delhiite’s lifecycle starts from birth, passing out from school, getting admission in DU , procuring a job and finally ends with getting admission for the child in a good school. The generation of parents before us were more worried about whether the child will become a good citizen, self reliant and make a house for himself. But unfortunately, in today’s scenario, getting an admission in a good school in the capital, is one of the biggest achievement of a family. School and DU admissions become the headlines of every paper and news channel. Nowhere in the country or even in the world , does school and college admissions get so much of footage. This reflects the problem in our society. It won’t be right to find faults only within the society but also in the system.

Coming to the movie, Director Saket Choudhary convincingly narrates and displays a satire on the nightmare of every parent in Delhi with a good dose of humour and a message that is loud and clear, " Don’t make your child’s school a status symbol and a decoration for your Mantlepiece " .

The film guarantees a good laugh at frequent interval intervals, though there were some loose ends in the script, Saba Qamar and Sanjay Suri’s interaction was irrelevant, the director goes a bit overboard in glorifying the poor and demeaning the rich. But overall the film is a total entertainer packed with awesome performances by Irrfan Khan and Deepak Dobriyal. Saba Qamar is a better actress compared to her performance in the movie, but her chemistry with Irrfan Khan was good, thanks to Irrfan’s ability to get into the skin of the character assigned to him in every role. He can look good with any actor.

The film gets slightly streched towards the end, and gets a bit dramatic too, but all is forgiven because the real message of the movie is shown with a tinge of drama. In the end, Irrfan addresses to the parents in the school, but actually he conveys the message to the audience.

Thankfully, there are no songs that slow down the pace of the film, they get played in the background.

Overall, a must watch film with guaranteed laughter, slightly streched, slightly overdramatic , but definitely entertaining.
