I had a surprisingly positive experience at Hindu Rao Hospital, and I believe credit should be given where it’s due. Despite being a government hospital, the level of service I received was genuinely commendable.
The doctors were experienced and attentive. I went there for [you can insert your reason: treatment/checkup/surgery], and the doctor patiently listened to all my concerns, explained the treatment clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable.
Staff behavior was decent and cooperative. Unlike the common assumption about government hospitals, I found the nurses and support staff to be polite and responsive. They guided us through the process and ensured we didn’t face unnecessary delays.
Facilities were better than expected. The hospital was clean, and the medical equipment appeared well-maintained. While it’s not a luxury hospital, they provide all the necessary care without overcharging.
One of the biggest positives is affordability. The treatment costs were minimal compared to private hospitals, and the medicines provided were also government-approved and free in many cases.
