The staff working in Hinduja Hospital - Mahim - Mumbai does not take the responsibility of work given to them.My cousin’s son fell ill and was given an appointment time of 05.30 pm by Hinduja Hospital’s staff. After 05.30 pm, the staff nurse asked him to wait and it was 6.45 pm.My cousin brother lost his patience and got angry with them.He moved out without consulting to doctor in Hinduja Hospital as he was not allowed to go in order to show his son.On the succeeding day, my cousin asked the helpline number and was given the number of OPD officer to sort out the matter.My cousin left his number for a call back and didn’t get a call.He said, "This is the height of irresponsibility and negligence of Hinduja Hospital".
