I took the service of this Movers and Packers - Hindustan Packers and Logistics. Specially with this guy PR Soni, who is a very smooth Talker. He shows as if he is all for Customer Service, but if a bunch of lies.
I am sure you would have heard a lot of stories of Horrible Services, but you got to trust me this is pathetic. He has no control over his people and they are a master of their own whims and fancies. Issues I faced:
My stuff reached me in 25 Days
The Truck carrying the Cargo got lost, and they were not admitting it and kept saying few more days and few days
Even till the last, they made life hell and numerous calls.
This guy PR Soni, will promise you the moon, and not all deliver. Will keep fooling you

Just don’t give him business. I am taking the pain to save you guys. Its a request.
Am also contacting the clients he has shown on his website, and any reel of influence, I will ensure he is shown the door.
