dear sir I am regular user of your company petrol and refilling rugulary at "super service station" rambagh maninagar branch and I am fully satisfied too from your service I have a santro and driving regular from last seven years.
The tank capacity of my car is 35 ltrs adn genrally reserve light ons before 5 ltrs from getting tank empty last satarday I am at surat I see that my reserve light blinks after 10-12 kms of driving I reached at one of your petrol pump "hpcl comco" at citilite area and ask him to full the tank he complete the filling and ask me to see the reading its shows 36.56 ltrs I get shocked already I have 3-4 ltr petrol in my tank.
And after that how can he fill 36.56 ltrs petrol when my cars tank capicity is 35 ltrs only(you can reffer company brachure also ) when I ask for the same he told me that we genrally fill 38-40 ltrs in evry santro I ask him to issue the invoice he issued me the invoice no.- 7485 dated 6/9/09 of rs 1750 of 36.56 ltrs petrol @ 47.87/- you are requested to check this matter becouse in last seven years.
I full my tank lot of times but never seen that more than 32-33 ltrs perol inserted in that, they are definately cheating their customers and it cretes your bad image in the market if you need I can send company brochure as well as invoice of them to you also
