Unethical and Unprofessional

A big blunder is highly unacceptable from a renowned company like yours. This is medically unethical on the services you provide. The blood sample collection people were not trained and don’t know which instruments to use for which kind of samples.


I, being a diabetic patient is forced to write on your Facebook page and on Google about the pathetic customer service you have provided by taking my blood sample thrice and still asking again because of your goof up.


Enough was enough, when your guys called to take the sample fourth time because of their untrained practices.


Blood samples collected first time, second time in the name of insufficiency and third time in the wrong bottle and still have guts asking it for another time. It was a mental as well as physical torture which you guys will not understand. There was no apology made throughout the case. I kept on asking and requesting for a call back from the higher authority but no such attempt has been made so far.
