Lab boy came to collect samples of Blood and Urine for my parents on 27th Feb’18 at 6:30 AM in the morning and I was assured that Complete Reports will be uploaded on Portal, Mobile App and Sent to my mail ID by 11:00 PM. Mother’s report got uploaded as per commitment however I am still chasing for my father’s complete report for last 2 days which got uploaded partially. All I am told each time I call that we are facing server/technical issue we assure you it will be uploaded in so and so hours.all fake and bogus commitment. Also later on during the day(yesterday), some other patient also got registered on my registered number and I had to get that clear as well.
Suggest.Not to take their services at all!
