  1. Big Liars,

  2. No Customer Care Support,

  3. Fake promises,

  4. Staff Attitude is good at the time of booking, after payment and all they behave so differently.

  5. Provide half information to customers.

  6. Only staff wants to make their points.

  7. Reliability doubtful

I was regular customer of Hindustan wellness from 3year, I keep on taking packages for myself and other family member as routine medical checkups.


this time I have taken package for my husband I called their on 19/08/2017 and asked for best discount rated Package and they offered me, I said ok go ahead and send someone on 23/08/17 for collection of samples. the guy said ok and said will send someone on 23/08/17.


when they book order they send SMS of the confirmation, to my surprise I have not recd. any sms so I called on 22/08/17 to reconfirm, but the executive said their is NO booking in your name, then I said ok book now and send someone tomorrow positively, then he said early u have taken package in another person name also u take package for them, I said now not required, he said I will book 2 packages, when sample collection guy will come you make that CANCEL no charges on that I keep on saying NO NO but he booked two packages.


then on 23/08/17, Guy came to collect sample on time and taken one sample, he asked for another sample I said we don’t want that but executive booked forcefully. he made 2-3 calls at the end that got cancelled.


generally softcopy report come on same day or another day. we receive report on third day. and asked for hard copy then executive said you will get soon, after waiting for 5 more days we again called their then executive told us that you have to pay for hard copy of the report( early we don’t have to pay extra for hardcopy after test within 3-4 days we get hard copy) but I clearly said this u have not informed me early, I had a word with two guys at the time of booking no one informed about the charges for hard copy, if you have informed me early I would definitely pay, but after taking service now you are informing me, as I am taking services from you from last 3 years that was not their, now if anything new added you must inform your old Customers that these charges you have to pay.


then I asked to connect me to your Sr. then he disconnected my call.


Again next day I called for same thing but executive keep on may call hold for so long approx. 20 mins, n said will arrange a call from Sr. but till not neither we have recd. any call nor our reports. after that also I made 15-20 calls to them regarding same but till date no action has been taken from them


well they have broken my faith, now I don’t know the report which I got as softcopy is TRUE or NOT.
