I install the chimney in start of October month after few days the colour oil collector grill fell down it wasnt even taken out once for cleaning.
I somehow managed to use the collected will tell them but now the problem broke out in the second character also and I am left with the chimney hanging on the wall with no use without the collectors as the collectors car and be fitted back to it it should be replaced at no additional cost as its not been a while since the chimney has been installed and Im covered in the guarantee period .
The auto clean function was also creating problem not a multiple complaints in customer care and to the service demo and to the showroom dealer at all no is not solve since last few days this is such a harassment they even dont pick up the calls now is this the way Hindware deals with so-called valuable customers.
