I have bought Hindware Nevio Chimney before six months. I was working good in starting. It was not user friendly because it had finger touch switches so It cause problem some time in starting and stopping. Later after using for few days it stared making so much noise but I didn’t gave attention to it. Later when the touch switches stopped working properly. One have to touch 5 to 6 time to start and stop. Than I contacted to the customer service. They told that one of their service man will come in couple of days and repair it. But that man came after 5 days. I asked the reason for being late so he gave his improper excuses. I ignored it and told to start his work. He took more than 2 hours to repair it. But after repairing it, It was working properly. He also changed the touch panel so the switches also started working properly. Than it again worked good for few days and suddenly stopped working. This time when I contacted to the customer service they didn’t reply properly. They told me that nothing can be done of that problem. I was so disappointed with their service. Now it is not working at all. The style and design was good but I prefer not to go with style. I recommend to buy any other chimney than this.
