I had bought a 2 piece water closet just 1 month back and in just 1 month its hinges got broke, Now when I complained these hindware people are asking Rs 500 even though its under warranty. Hindware is totally hopeless don’t go for hindware . These people take 6000-10000 for one water closet and poor service. better buy local ones for 1-2k. Its just a fake brand. never go for hindware . These people even want to suck money in after sales service. I hope is someone from hindware sees this takes some action as or their reputation will be down and out .\
