Bhagwan Das Ramesh Kumar is authorized showroom for Hindware around Pitampura located in Shiva Market. The owner of the shop is very rude person. I purchased one wall mounted closet from here which developed cracks. Company agreed to replace under warranty and issued replacement letter to take to this shop. The owner just refused to acknowledge the letter and said that when company will send the replacement closet, then only will he give new one. He refused to listen to company sales manager and the company was helpless in front of him. Got the replacement after one month of running and follow ups. Very bad experience.
