I have brought a flat in Trivandrum. The main attraction included ’Hindware sanitary’ fitted. On using it I had found some difficulty which I reported to the customer care. They responded positively with a mail.
I waited for seven months and send a remainder. Now they again replied back with a mail which I shall quote below.
Dear Sir,
"Greeting from Hindware Team!
Thank you for patronizing Hindware Product. We regret for the inconvenience caused at your end.
This is in reference to the below mail, we request you to please provide the old complaint no. or provide the contact no. so that we see your case history.
