Hi, I want to share my bad experience after purchasing BIB Pillar tap from Hindware.
The pillar tap looked fantastic and I loved it when I saw it in the showroom. The chrome finish was having a perfect shine and the overall body was designed very neatly.
But once it was installed and been used, the problem started in form of leakage. The switch handle was constantly leaking water in very little quantity but evidently so. Everything about its look became useless if the pillar tap could not function properly. What was sad to know is the fact that the problem was never dealt in a proper manner by the company. After two visits the company backed out to repair or replace it. When I asked my own plumber, he found that the parts inside were of very poor quality. Just the exterior finish was top notch but interior materials were no match to the quality expected at such a high price. Don’t go for Hindware on the looks, it is just a trap to sell the product to you.
