I purchased a Hindware water purifier in February 2018.
On 4th July the purifier was leaking badly. Called the service engineer Antony on same day. He said he will come the same day.
It is three days now, 07th July. He does not pick up calls. Called the service centre - Simi or Seema says he will come on 9th July or 10th July. I ask the service policy. They say complaints will be attended in 24 hours. i.e. its a 8 hours shift for the service engineer. So 3 days.:-):-):-). Pathetic. Here, they are talking about 6 days. Will wait and see if they come in 6 days. What to do. I have bought their product.
