I am so and so who worked here for 2 years and received nothing but criticism after all the hard work that I have put in.

If you are planning to have a wonderful high standard life with loads of respect, then don’t even come near HireCraft. Ok lemme jot down the positive and negative aspects over here (of course you might be expecting more of a negative points, I will not disappoint you ppl).
*Positive Points:*
1) Very good opportunity for freshers in .NET technologies, support and implementation domain. You may receive a salary of 6-8K month initially, which will not get any better even after 2 years.
2) Located in Banashankari, KR Road, which is in the city center, easily accessible.
That is it with positive aspects. Lemme warn you ppl, this is gonna take a long time, so please make yourself free before continuing with this section.
*Negative Points:*
1) The management sucks to the core.
2) Everything is a one man show who is the project manager.
3) No respect for human values.
4) No appreciation for the hard/smart work put in.
5) Absolutely no social life.
6) Worst part, you cannot talk to your colleagues while at work.
7) Although the company timings is 9-6 as usual, there is no limit as such. This is just on books and not actually implemented.
8) The team leads are like puppets in the hands of the project managers so even they cannot take any minor decisions as well.
9) No scope for the growth of an employee. He has to work on what he is told to and not on what he likes to.
10) Inefficient power flow all throughout the organization.
11) Very poor human resource management by the HR executive, because she does not have the command to talk over people.
12) Work environment sucks to the core, you cannot turn to talk to your colleague sitting next to you.
13) There are situations where I did not know the name of the person sitting next to me as I was always filled with some or the other work, I only got to know him after 4 months after he joined. Now how pathetic is that?
14) There are some really smart workers in the company who are not allowed to work to their full potential due to the attitude of the project manager.
15) There are cases where the poor employees have struggled to complete the project by staying over all night only to listen to the arrogant manager totting their work the next day by finding mistakes in their work instead of appreciating their hard work.
16) No exploring new things.
17) Inefficient people are at the higher positions making the organizational structure vulnerable.
18) There is absolutely no scope to grow after the team lead level, because the project manager will not let any one over take him even though they are much smarter than him.
19) You will not have the peace of mind to work calmly and finish the work in the deadline.
20) The time table goes like this. No social interaction, login, sit, work, have lunch without talking, come back, work, work, work, and if at all time permits go home, get refreshed and come the next day to the same hell.
21) The salary is very very low. As low as 6-8 K. I mean come on man, a taxi driver will earn 15 K per month. We as engineers deserve more.
I guess I have told enough about this hell. So my friends I request you not to join this company. Because you will be wasting your valuable time and ultimately gain nothing.
